Diet and Nutrition in Aging
A most interesting site offering a view on the possible relationship of a range of micro- and other nutrients in aging, as well as some antioxidant and other compounds. The emphasis is on the possibility that taking the listed nutrients may be of benefit in managing the aging process. For each nutrient there are review articles and information about who are the proponents of the theory being discussed. Also some relevant Medline articles are abstracted at the end of each section.
